Danielle Martin is associated with Sue Vandittelli providing workplace and business solutions. Danielle is currently our Associate Franchise Ombudsman for the CFA and IFA Franchise Ombudsman programs in Canada and the United States. Danielle is a Certified Mediator and a member of the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC) and of the ADR Institute of Ontario (ADRIO), of l’Institut de Médiation et d’Arbitrage du Québec (IMAQ), of the Forum of Canadian Ombudsman ( FCO), and the International Ombudsman Association (IOA). Danielle is fluently bilingual, French and English. Being familiar with both the Quebec and Ontario culture she works in both provinces.  Danielle is located a little over an hour of Ottawa and Montreal and travels as required. Danielle was the former Bell Canada Ombudsman in Quebec for workplace issues. She has worked on hundreds of cases in regards to conflict resolution in various workplaces thru mediation, by performing workplace analysis or by investigating all types of harassment complaints including psychological and sexual. She coaches managers to improve their leadership, their management styles and conflict resolution skills. She is recognized for her leadership, her listening and analytical skills, her motivation and professionalism. She intervenes with employees at all levels within organizations in order to create a productive working environment, resolve conflicts and to mobilize their workforce.

Warren Morris is associated with AWR Inc. providing workplace and business solutions.  Currently, Warren is one of our Associate Franchise Ombudsman for the CFA and IFA Franchise Ombudsman programs in Canada and the United States. Warren is a non-practicing lawyer based in Toronto, who acts as a mediator, arbitrator, trainer, ombudsman and dispute resolution consultant. Warren is an expert in commercial and workplace mediation. The ADR Institute of Canada has granted Warren the designation CHARTERED MEDIATOR (C.Med) in recognition of his experience, education and expertise in the field of mediation.  Since 1999, Warren has successfully mediated numerous complex matters, ranging from multi-party financial reorganizations to sensitive workplace and estate disputes.

ANITA LEVINE DAHLIN is associated with Sue Vandittelli providing workplace and community solutions. Anita has been conducting workplace human rights investigations and respectful workplace training, adding expertise in human rights legislation and case precedents, investigation techniques, case analysis and reporting.  Anita also brings her dynamic style and sense of humour to our workplace training.  Anita Dahlin has over 30 years of experience in the areas of equality rights, workplace discrimination, harassment and conflict resolution, much of it gained through her earlier career as a human rights regulator with the Ontario Government, where she was a director of the Ontario Human Rights Commission.   Anita is located near Orillia, Ontario and she travels to serve clients throughout the province. Anita is certified in Negotiation, Advanced Mediation and Civil Procedure through the University Of Windsor Faculty Of Law and trained as a Circle keeper through Peacebuilders International.   She received investigation training at the Ontario Police College and adult education training through Niagara College. Her academic studies include history and sociology (York University, Honours BA) and MA studies in mediaeval history (University of Waterloo).   She holds a membership in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (ADRIC), a professional organization for those in the field. She has successfully completed several professional courses through this organization including Mediation Ethics, and subscribes to the ADRIC Code of Ethics in her professional practice.  

JANET ARTHUR is associated with Sue Vandittelli providing services under Life and Spirit solutions. Janet Arthur is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac. CTCMPAO) Certified Natural Health Practitioner (C.N.H.P.), B.Sc. P.T.(Physical Therapy), Reiki Master and registered Teacher (Canadian Reiki Association, RT-CRA) with over 17 years experience as a body and energy work healer in the Markham and Toronto areas of Ontario. Janet’s healing focus is to achieve sustainable  health by  helping her clients heal themselves of root causes of chronic behavioural patterns that manifest in problematic relationship issues, increased stress , anxiety  and chronic health problems. Once the client gains some clarity on the limiting belief or emotion behind the current health issue . Janet focuses on clearing and balancing the body and energy systems of blocks created by this long standing unconscious belief held in the body. Releasing blocks helps the client form new healthy belief patterns that are in alignment with our true self. Janet integrates a Holistic, Shamanic and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) approach to her healing practice that may include Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Chakra Balancing, Shamanic Clearing of Psychic Energy, Reiki and Pranic Healing, Reflexology and Emotional Freedom Technique. If the client is unable to see her personally, Janet can treat them using special Remote Healing techniques.
